ESCORT PRICE GUIDE

Price Guide for Mk 1 Escorts

Checked and Confirmed 8th January 2008

As a recognised authority with Insurance companies the following price guide has been compiled to help enthusiasts obtain Insurance cover. The RS 2000 continues to rise in value, dramatically over the past few months, all models have shown increases brought about by the rarity of the RS version. We hope you find it both informative and useful.

Please note: Concours condition vehicles particularly the RS versions will attract higher prices and as a club we could only value these by sight.

Class 1: Vehicles not requiring much work are still increasing

Class 2 & 3: Vehicles particularly those requiring panel work are hardly moving

N.B. Although 2 door models are rarer, more sought after and generally valued higher, 4 door models are also making good money.
The 1300 Sport & GT are rarer than the 1300E. The Twin Cam is rarer than the RS 1600 but both will invariably achieve the asking price.
